We are drawing the dog rescue community into Web 3.0. We are a community that loves dogs, art, and the chance of finding a unique NFT that we can identify with. We understand the societal benefit rescue dog organizations and animal shelters make to the lives and health of dogs, volunteers and the community. We want to positively influence dog rescues and their surrounding communities through Rescue Dogz NFT. We are here to admire dogs and improve accountability for dog rescues. As a Rescue Dogz NFT we will be building governance tools to help the future of dog rescue through deliberation on rescue dog matters including best practices. Rescue Dogz NFT will also be donating a portion of the proceeds to dog rescues.

You are taking ownership of a digital art asset that pays homage to rescue dogs, art and pop culture and makes you part of the Web 3.0 dog rescue community. Rescue Dogz isn’t your typical avatar image or derivative work NFT collection, they are hand-drawn works, designed to leave an impression on viewers and share an important message.
We have a vision to empower the dog rescue community on Web 3.0, giving Rescue Dogz holders the ability to recognize outstanding dog rescues, best practices in dog rescue and highlight efforts in volunteerism and dog care. Holders will have a voice on which dog rescues receive funding. Our Rescue Dogz community will have future access to unique drops and sharing your voice in dog advocacy.
Upon sellout of the genesis 10k collection, our first pawsitive act is to donate $30,000 USD across (3) three dog rescues giving an immediate impact to our dog life saving efforts in the USA and with a reach internationally. The giving schedule details the incremental dog rescue donations as we approach sell out.
After collection sellout, Rescue Dogz will create an application platform to award grants of $1000 for 10 rescue organizations or animal shelters. In 2022 we will have a minimum of (10) ten $1,000 grants that can be applied for. Holders will review the application grants and lock in their vote on where the grants should be distributed. Rescue Dogz designers and developers will create a Web 3.0 infrastructure to bolster the governance mechanism that will allow holders to vote connect their Rescue Dogz token to a web 3.0 powered website to cast their vote. The first Rescue Dogz grants will be distributed in Q1 2023.
2024, the next (10) ten $1k grants (minimum) will be voted on and distributed to rescues.
Our target is to use community-controlled funds to distribute Rescue Dogz Treasury funds to as many rescues as possible, ultimately with a global pawprint. We will start with Florida, New York, California, Texas, Georgia and extend internationally. Through RescueDogz donations we envision we can save 5,000 dogs over the next 10 years through our advocacy and empowerment of dog rescue organizations.

After reaching milestone 10,000 sold, we will donate an additional $15,000 USD to Poodle and Pooch Rescue of Central Florida through Every.org. In total we will have donated $30,000 USD in impact donations + $20,000 to the Rescue Dogz Treasury that will fund (20) twenty $1,000 dog rescue grants to be selected by the Rescue Dogz community over 2 years, (10) ten in each year (2022-2023).
Alex has been in the dog rescue community in Florida since 2013. He and his wife have fostered over 60 dogs, led fundraising events for local dog rescues and adopted out dogs to loving families.
Professionally, Alex is an Art Director and graphic artist having worked for advertising agencies in New York. He has created campaigns, video advertising, brand identities, experiential and digital interactive concepts for Fortune 50 brands in entertainment, media and consumer goods brands.
Through Rescue Dogz, he sees the greater good that can be accomplished for dogs through rescues, advocating for them through the distribution of advocacy tokens through the Rescue Dogz NFT collection.
Erica is a rescue dog advocate who has volunteered in dog rescue on a daily basis for over 8 years. During that time she has supported rescue organizations with community outreach and events, she assists with transport and boots-on-the-ground rescue/intake efforts, fundraising campaigns, adoption events, grant writing, and has served as a dog foster parent, a foster coordinator, and as a board member.
She currently shares her home with 1 rescue cat, Yoshi, and 3 rescue dogs, Bean, Pickle and Soup as well as a revolving door of foster animals.
Gary has been a lifelong lover of dogs and owned many for their companionship. He enthusiastically jumped on board the Rescue Dogz project to take on the software development involved with creating the collection.
Gary has more than twenty years of software development experience and half of his career has been spent in software engineering leadership roles. He specializes in building, expanding, and scaling SaaS companies. In recent years, he helped companies ranging from small startups to a large-scale $3B+/year enterprise with an impact.
As a lifelong learner and technology enthusiast, he's been deeply interested in blockchain and web3 technologies and looks forward to the next generation of the web utilizing blockchain technologies and the birth of new digital ecosystems.
Rescue Dogz NFTs are non-fungible tokens whose ownership is stored on the Ethereum blockchain as a token and visually represented by a unique artwork. This token represents a membership to the Rescue Dogz community and signals advocacy for dogs in need.
